Order Modifications and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of order placement. Contact us promptly with your request. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Please verify all details before finalizing your purchase.
Customs and Duties
- GCC: We aim to have taxes & duties paid before arrival
- International: Duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- USA: No duties on orders under $800. Taxes apply above this amount.
- EU: Orders include all duties and taxes; no additional charges at delivery.
- Canada: Taxes on orders over 22 CAD.
- UK: No VAT or duties required.

Incorrect Shipping Details
If an error occurs in your shipping details, contact us within 12 hours to amend. Changes cannot be made once an order is shipped, and Alsahra Jewelry cannot reroute or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Alsahra Jewelry offers a 30-day return and exchange policy, excluding earrings and custom-made items for hygiene and safety reasons. Contact us within 30 days with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
